- How to lower the emotional temperature in our homes so that all of us are able to think more clearly and work together more effectively.

Using the skills to manage problems.

- Being clear about why we choose limits and how we can be flexible while still observing them.
- Reflecting on recurring issues in a way that gives us better options for responding.
